Vivi has flown on several flights but never that long. She is trained to pee pads and will use one in the airport bathroom before we leave. I believe she would use the bathroom on the plane if she really needed to go. I suggest that you do some trial bathroom stops around your home and get her use to peeing in unfamiliar places. If she needs to go bad enough she should go on the pad in the plane bathroom. They are really gross so take enough pads to cover the floor.
