I am sorry for your baby and you. High BUN and creatinine levels are often a sign of failing kidney function. Did your vet recommend a prescription diet and meds? Treatment can possibly help and extend her life.

The neurological symptoms could be related to declining kidney function.

I would talk to your vet about diet and meds and go from there.

If that is not an option or there is no change, then I would put her comfort first. I know that making the decision to let our pets go is the hardest part of loving them.
