Dude! I was in hysterics when my daughter was attacked by two bigger long haired Chihuahuas while walking my little gal, and that was a properly fitted harness. Yanking her up had me hightailing it to the vet, despite being called paranoid. Do you have any idea how fragile their ribs are and the trachea is? How do YOU know it wasn't a hard tug? Were you UNDER the harness????
