Don't know if this is the same thing but lethargy sure is . I almost lost Zoey when she was ohhhhhabout a year and a half I do believe....she was vomiting with diarrhea not eating then sudden lethargy. I rushed her to ER where they kept her and gave her Iv s ...when they told me she was eating Hills ID canned, I didn't believe them! Lol...they said she has gastroenteritis. ....gradually regained her strength ....
