I understand that you were trying to be cutesie with the video. Unfortunately you failed miserably. Nothing funny about dragging a pup across a floor wearing an ill fitting harness. It ranks right up there with pics of yorkies in teacups.
You are a newbie at YT and perhaps you don't understand the mindset of the majority of members here. We take our yorkies very seriously and your video sent "bad owner/abuse" red flags to many of us. My immediate reaction was the anger I feel when I see parents dragging their kids by an arm through the grocery store.
Yes, you didn't ask for advice or opinions, but this is an open forum where you will get plenty of both. So, please stay and put on your big girl panties and be prepared for lots of opinions -- the good (what you want to hear), the bad (what you don't want to hear) and the ugly (that which is uncalled for).
