[Zeus is Loved]

We a suspicious looking grown man making a shortcut through the yards in my cul-de-sac. I have alerted the sheriff's office, and they have a deputy that lives in our neighborhood to be on the lookout. However, I am terrified of my babies being stolen if he or anyone else were to break in. I have an appointment Wednesday for both of them to be microchipped. My question is how painful is it for them. They assure me it's not a surgery and no need for sedation, but the needle is pretty big. Someone with knowledge please reassure me! Thanks!
