Dogs often have diff little pigment spots on them & it's most often nothing to worry about. It may be from a small scratch at one point in her life. If the spot is smooth, not flaky, oozing or raised at all then it's probably fine. I would just keep an eye on it & if it does not change then the next time she has a vet appt for something else then you can have your vet take a look at it, but IF it changes in any way then take her for a check up.
