I don not have experience with either however a quick google search shows that both breeders are show breeders and a part of the YTCA. Those are positive signs but you'd have to give them a call and get further information from both to see which you like a bit better.

I don't see where either of them are in the DMV area though so if you're up for a drive to get your new baby for a quality/healthy puppy with lifetime support those could be good options for you.
