Allergies are very complicated - not easy to treat. Stuff like Zyrtec almost never works for dogs, btw.

The only 3 meds that really seem to provide relief are prescription and are - Atopica, Apoquel, or steroids. If this itching is year-round, then Atopica or Apoquel are your best bets.

If she has yeast all over still, this has to be treated. Usually you'd treat systemic chronic yeast w/ Diflucan x 6 weeks, orally (by mouth, via a pill).
