I agree w/ Maximo.
Looks like pyoderma to me which is an overgrowth of the skin's normal bacteria, staph intermedius. It's very easily diagnosed by just scraping the skin and looking to see if there is bacteria under a microscope.
It's treated w/ 30 days of Simplicef, by mouth. If left untreated, it will spread for sure.
