They sell products that are mole repellents, they are typically castor oil based granules. Imagine your yard was a square (maybe it is, lol) you start closest to your home and saturate the area with granules working your way outward over a period of days as though you are pushing them out of your yard and into your neighbors (because you arE). Mole scram is one brand I am aware of.
