Welcome to Yorkie Talk. There is a very good chance the other testicle will drop by 6 months to 1 year old. As Wylie's Mom wrote, even if it doesn't, only 1 surgery will be required.
Treating the coccidia would concern me the most.
Being prepared for other potential genetic health issues that would be revealed down the road are also a consideration.
