I don't know if it was her plan all along, but she never admitted to that. She begged for people to help pay for Lilo's ER vet bills, which she stated was $4000. Two months later she ended up buying Misa. We can all put two and two together and figure out how she could afford to buy a pup and all the things to go with one, that is IF what she said about being a broke college student was true. There must have been a surplus of the Er bill plus a couple thousand to buy Misa. If she wasn't funded by the donations, then she was lying about being a broke college student. Either way, she's a scam artist.
