Hi there,
I really think the best thing to do is talk to your vet if you don't take him in. That sounds like something the vet should talk to you about and check out especially if one is yellow. Does not sound right to me anyhow. If one is bleeding you could wet a cloth with cold water or an ice cube wrapped in a cloth and hold it on it to stop the bleeding if it isn't too bad.
