I am sorry but I have no idea what it could be but would like you to report back and let us know how Charlie is doing and what is going on with him and what you have found out. My Joey had a time when he was restless and kept putting his butt up in the air but I cannot remember what the problem was. I wish I could remember for you but it was years ago and he got better whatever it was with help from the vet. Please let us know! Thanks and best wishes for Charlie.
