I am baking a potato now. I have somewhat good news. She ate a few pieces of chicken, and is coming out from under the bed more. My husband said that dogs are like people, and that they want to rest and be left alone when they are sick. How long should I continue a bland diet? And will her tummy have to readjust to her dog food?

I've had a lot of tummy issues here....I can tell you of my experience....feed bland till she eats better then gradually add back her dog food ....if she acts like she doesn't want that it could be the dog food. My Zoey fell ill quick and we almost lost her....vet took her over night and fed her Hills for sensitive stomach , canned. .....she never had canned and thought .nawwww she won't eat that she's too finicky....guess what , she loved it ...so it got her out of her funk and I gradually went on to other things...
