That's the right dosage. Usually 1mg per pound. So most are 25mg which is the dosage for a 25lb dog. 1/2 would be for a 12 lb dog and 1/4 for a 6 lb. I hope she does well just keep an eye on her the Benadryl may make her a little sleepy.
