Oh no! I would be upset too, but hard to blame a friend if they took good care of your baby otherwise.
The craziest story I have read here on YT happened to a member when she brought her full coat Yorkie to the vet for a routine visit. The vet tech, without permission, cut the dog's mustache, the hair at the corners of the eyes, claiming it was absolutely necessary to do on all Yorkies.
