What is she throwing up? Is it undigested kibble? Foam? Is she throwing up right after she eats? How long has this been going on for?

She could be terribly sick - which you need a vet.
She could have a blockage - which you need a vet.
She could possibly be eating too fast and kibble may be too big - which you can try feeding one kibble at a time that's been soaked until it's soft in water.

If the vomiting and not-eating has been going on a for while, dear God, please take her into a rescue who can take her to the vet so she doesn't die. You need to give her up if you cannot afford vet care. Dogs will get sick. Dogs will need vet visits. If you cannot afford vet costs, you cannot afford to home a dog.
