If it was a novice groomer that did what they did to my puppy, I'd have tried to understand. This was the supervisor who said she had been doing grooming for 10 years. Whatever she did to my puppy when she took her behind the station where we couldn't see was bad enough that Chews came home terrified and screaming- with tail tucked under. Only thing they DID do right was to keep that damn noose off of her. I trust our current groomer with that thing, but we watched those girls use it with her feet off the ground.
