Petsmart hires novice groomers. When I was just out of high school I was looking for a job. This girl I knew was a groomer at Petsmart and she got me an interview and they offered me a position with no prior knowledge or experience. Basically they will hire anyone. They will put you through their grooming school. It's not long or extensive. It's like right after you get your certificate from beauty school, will the salon in Beverly Hills hire you or do you have to work at Supercuts for a few years? Petsmart is like Supercuts.
