No. What you're describing sounds like it could be a blockage. That is serious, and the more you wait the more her intestines die. Holy crap, my heart just turned over for you. When my gal was sick to her tummy from gastroenteritis, and then later pancreatitis (happened at same time) she was only sick for 12 hours. The nausea shot worked no sweat. Poor eating, but vomiting stopped. Take. Her. To. A. Vet. Please.
