Around here in the south most of our stores are very strict. Only places like Home Depot, Lowes, Co-op. Feed stores is ok to take our babies.
Even if they are in a carry bag or held, our Mall, WalMart, Target, several others, will no doubt tell you to get them out.
I would rather see a well behaved Yorkie in WalMart than a screaming snotty nose, child touching everything, and a dirty smelly diaper.
