Did you pay w/ your credit card? If so, I'd object to the charge now. You asked for a specific service, they agreed to do it, and then they did not do what was agreed to.

The only way to assure safe and accurate grooming is to do it yourself, really. That's what I do, and I'd never leave my kiddos in the hands of strangers. You can learn how to do it - I promise
