You should not have paid! I would have been livid! Seriously they had one job to do and they screwed up on both dogs! Did you talk to the owner of the shop? Or if it's a chain I would write a review on Yelp or Google.
I learned a long time ago on here, why should I pay someone else to screw up my dogs hair when I can screw it up myself for free? I never have taken mine to a groomer. I learned how to groom myself. After a few tries you get it. Mine even get compliments sometimes.
