The Yorkie is a toy breed.
The standard of this toy breed is anything less than 7 pounds.
A Yorkie can be 3 pounds or 23 pounds and it would be a Yorkie.
No miniature* no teacup * no micro * no teaspoon * no anything other than a Yorkie.
