I have been a middle school 7/8 teacher for 11 years now. I just got promoted to counselor and I am thrilled! I too love my job very much. The joy I get from job has always been way more than the money. I did get a small raise with my promotion though. And I am glad! Lol. I used to tutor as well for the school. The last few years I tutored on my own. But with the new job I am going to try to not do any tutoring at all.
