It must be A Texas thing to have chunky mashed tators. The only way I now how to make mashed tators is from real tators. My Grandma would strick me dead from heaven if she saw me making instant mashed tators. You don't have to peel them, mashed potatoes with skins included are really good also (esp. with cream gravy on top) Oh no!!! I am making my self hungy for chicken fried steak, mashed tators, and gravy!!!!!!
