My 8 wk. old Yorkie male saw vet for the first time 7-5-16. Puppy was purchased from unregistered breeder on 7-1-16. He has had head & nasal congestion since purchasing puppy. The vet DX him with open fontanelle. He also said we could try ABX for head congestion. What can we expect with this condition. He is 1#, plays with our 5 mos. Old Yorkie, eats well, follows us around. Breeder has offered to take puppy back & reimburse us, but know he would not care for the little guy & we are already in love with him. Will follow up with vet in 1 week. Has anyone gone through this & can give us some in sight??
