 Should I get male or female
I recently lost my yorkie, Charley, of 15 yr 8 mo. Best dog ever! I have a 6 year old female yorkie and want to get a puppy. I really wanted to get a female to avoid the marking thing and also just have a thing about getting a male because Charley was boy, only male I've ever had. I guess I feel less like I'm replacing him if I get a female. Silly, I guess but how I feel. BUT I keep hearing that I should get a male since I already have a female because they'll get along better. Does anyone have an opinion or experience with this? I know it's going to depend on the dog but if it's very common for 2 females to not get along, I'd get a male. Also, I am looking for a puppy in Virginia, I'm in Augusta county if anyone knows of breeder that has a yorkie - traditional color or blond. I don't want one that will be under 3 lb, too tiny for me.
