Sounds like a potential respiratory infection or pneumonia which would require veterinary treatment and antibiotics. Does he have discharge coming from his eyes or nose and/or a change in temperature? If he has dental infections he is much more likely to be susceptible to other illnesses as well. I would get your little guy back into the vet.
