First thing is did your breeder place your Chiluba on the understanding that he is for show? Your first place of advice is your breeder.
Next join a local toy breed club or if there is a Yorkie club even better. You can get secondary opinions at those clubs as well as attending akc oe ukc shows to meet the breeders and establish relationships.
You also need to look at a show dog as a potential Olympic athlete. Great conditioning. Show training superb nutrition and of course the extensive grooming requirements.
You must study the standard and self assess your dog for at least compliance to the standard. This will allow you to ask informed questions of any breeders you meet.
