It really would be best to get her to the vet. Since she is nursing puppies it could be very dangerous for her and the pups if it continues. The vet would know what would be safe to give her since she is nursing. Are you giving her additional calcium?
Adding some pure canned pumpkin to her diet can help firm up the stools.
