I buy Merrick's lamb lung fillets and rip them into teeny tiny pieces. They're clean because they're dry and snap really easily without crumbling. I also use Cheerios as treats too; my breeder has used Cheerios to train all his dogs that perform in the show ring. Boiled chicken breast works great as well - it's just a little messier if you're using it during walks. And last, I've made my own sweet potato treats by slicing them up into 1/4" slices and baking them in the oven at the lowest temperature for 2-3 hours.

I would try to stay away from any treats that are too heavy in liver; too much liver causes upset stomach.
