 Question about Microchip
I noticed a small bump on the back of Toby's neck that worried me. Today I noticed that Tina has a small bump too. I really had to feel around to find it. We are hoping it is just their chips but we couldn't feel them on our other pups. Can you normally feel the chip through the skin?
