The black one looks just like my sister's Morkie (Maltese/Yorkie) -- black as an ace of spade with the little bit of white on the chest and few other places. Her baby's nails are all white except for the third one on each paw! He has the floppy ears just like yours. His sisters in the litter were white, and the other brother was a mixture of white/black/gray.
As far as adopted, I have no experience. My son has an allergy to dogs, so we had to be very particular about what we purchased. I read that Yorkies were really great, and we went and met both of ours before we bought them. Oddly, we had tried a poodle and it made my son sneeze. They are supposed to be the best on allergies. The doctor told us it was really an individual thing and have my son hold and meet the dogs first. |
