I use really thick pads I have to look at the package and see exactly which pad I use....but it is SUPER absorbant and wicks urine away from my males, and they hold the urine overnight, as well as 2-4 hours during the day when they are inside for naps....Equate Overnight Pads....they work great.....use them inside the belly bands.....
