 Rex-My one true love
After almost fourteen beautiful and happy years I had to give my boy to God. Rex has been ill for about a year with what started as minor facial seizures. Medication was helping up until a year almost to the day. We upped the meds and added pred due to some pacing and vision issues. He responded well for about a month but this week was off. Last night deemed the end. Circling,walking into walls,collapsing and loss of bladder.We knew it may have been a brain tumor but because he he was almost 14 we opted not to do mri and surgery and kind of hoped it was auto immune and the pred would help. Today I am left brokenhearted and feel my soul mate is gone. A person could not have asked for a more perfect match in a pet. I will be sad for a very long time over this but I know the decision was the right one. I hope he is going to watch down on his Momma...XXXOOO |
