Hmmm...I wonder, exactly, what is meant by "low lying heart disease" - I've never heard heart disease described like that...? What do they mean by "low lying"? I'm not even sure what they mean by heart disease either....bc do they mean something like CHF or something dysrhythmic...ya know? Kind of odd.
