Thanks for all of the responses. Update on Prince...
1). He does have an eye infection in his left eye and has been given some cream. The vet thinks that it should be cleared up in 5 days.
2). I've been brushing and combing him daily and there are some really big flakes...almost like cradle cap with newborns. I talked to the vet about that as well and she did recommend coconut oil but only a little because she doesn't want Prince to eat it and get sick.
I am still trying to find a great groomer and have reached out to several ones in the area and none of them are comfortable with such a small puppy. He is now 2.6 lbs and the vet is struggling to see how he will reach 5 lbs.
He is so sensitive and cries or whimpers about everything that I am having a hard time trying to cut or groom him myself. Ughhhh.....
I will post a pic of him soon. He is adorable and I love him so much. Just want him to get healthy. I has been a long two months since his original illness.
