And if we were on our way home and she wasn't ready to go back in the house she would come to a complete stop.....which was kind of embarassing when she would do it in front of a group of people because I didn't want people to think I was abusing her  . Fortunately they would just laugh.....since she was a rescue that came from a horrible situation, I never did bother to correct her behavior. I figured since she had such a horrible start in life that this would be the one area in her life that she controls....so I basically let her set the tone for our walks. For the most part she was a good dog with very little behavior problems except for our walks. |
Yes it's embarrassing looks like I have no control but for the most part. He is a good happy pup
