Congratulations on your new furbaby!
Ginger's floppy-eared too! I think some yorkies have their ears up at a very young age and others are floppy. Even if you don't tape your yorkies ears may stand or may flop. (LOL - that's a lot of help isn't it?) Gingers did both at different times, and she stands them up even now when she's REALLY, REALLY excited. But mostly they are floppy.
As far as weight, I have no idea whats normal, but it sounds healthy to me.
