I didn't know about her previous dogs... I only knew of Mini Misa and Brody...
From looking at the links you sent above, a lot of her poor Yorkies were teacup sized... 9.5 weeks and not even a pound in weight... I thought my girl was small at 2.5lbs at 10 weeks (Now a healthy 6lbs at 2 years)...
I don't think she's a bad owner, I just think she has had very bad luck with her puppies
I see this as a sign not to get teacup or undersized pups...
It's heartbreaking...
