After making the difficult decision to help our precious Kona get to the rainbow bridge in early December, we decided we were ready for another. Here's my concern - we have an adorable little 15 week (tomorrow) puppy. We have had her for 2 weeks. Apparently the mom had 2 pups but one died, making our little Dixie a "singleton". Has anyone had any experience with this? I have been reading on the Internet (probably not the best thing to do), and I am a little worried about what to expect. She had both her parents as well as a big dog around before we picked her up.
