This is a fun one! I have a very picky eater (my 18 month old Zeus) and a ravaging pig (my puppy Percy). Zeus has to be on sensitive stomach food. He was on Science Diet and liked it at first, but then didn't like it very much. Now Percy needs sensitive stomach food. The only sensitive stomach for puppies available for me to purchase in store was Blue Buffalo Sensitive for puppies. They both love it. They won't touch the other food. Since they interchangeably eat each others food (even though we try to prevent it), I got Zeus the small breed Blue Buffalo Sensitive. That way, they will be on the same food when Percy is an adult. I believe Zeus eats only to live, while Percy lives to eat (he will be one that we have to watch his weight). Zeus is not the least bit interested in food; however, what he eats, he is picky about it. He won't touch the Science Diet, and unfortunately, because of his stomach issues, we can't let him just go until he's starved enough to eat what is there. He went two days without eating and was throwing up yellowy foam. I'm not going down that road again. This is only the third food we have ever tried. Good luck! |
