Sure, I think lots of us celebrate our dog's birthdays. Some even have other dogs come to their parties, you can do whatever you want! Try not to over indulge in food, if you make a cake, do a healthy cake with healthy ingredients, you don't want them to get pancreatitis from the celebration. A pumpkin cake without sugar and some yogurt frosting is a great treat. Dogs don't taste sugar like humans do, most of their taste buds are in their nose, so if it smells good, that's all they care about. Spices like cinnamon can make it smell so good and still be good for them. I've seen that flower arrangement before, so cute!
