Welcome to Yorkie Talk. I would have the vet take a look because it looks like it is bleeding and fairly sizeable. Has he been scratching at it?
Was this the first time he has had Frontline? It's possibly a reaction that caused him to scratch at the area.
Could also be a spider bite, which one of my boys had. Vet gave us a topical spray antibiotic and something oral.
