I'd agree that you may want to have it checked out by a vet if you're concerned. Is the pink spot just coloration, or is it raised?

I had the same momentary concern with Casie when she was 5 months (momentary, because the spot is now gone). She had a pinkish spot in the same area of the nose (not quite as big or as bright pink, but rather the typical discoloration you see in dog noses). Then one day, when I wasn't noticing it for a while, it disappeared. It's been gone for good and she's 8 months now. I wasn't sure what caused it to be there or what made it go away, but sure glad it's gone!
