I have had so many problems with my Zoey not eating. She is 4 1/2 months old and weighs 4 1/2 pounds. It seems that her appetite is good for a couple of days, and then nothing - so much so that we are forced to force feed her baby food. We have tried every kind of kibble, wet food, baby food, chicken, ground beef, EVERYTHING. After reading this thread, I bought Stella's freeze dried raw food (beef flavor). She demolished a meal mixer sample bag on the way home - she was pawing at the bag all the whole way. She ate half a patty once we got home. I am not rehydrating it, but I will be keeping an eye on her water intake. I hope we have found the cure to her finicky ways and lack of appetite. |
