Definitely not worth the risk, especially since it was overnight. Chicken starts to deteriorate within an hour if not refrigerated below 40 degrees. Well, technically, even in the frig, it starts to deteriorate and won't last forever.

Any type of immuno-compromise in the dog will make them more susceptible to some kind of illness. I'm guessing our pampered Yorkies are not as immune as say a feral dog or a vulture, despite the bunny droppings and other gross things they might occasionally get into.
